You do not need to know where to begin in our work. With years of experience, I will ask questions and explore what's happening within your life and your only job is to share what you can. Together we will decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress and free yourself from thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that keep you stuck.
Relationship Therapy
