In-person and virtual group therapy

Group therapy offers the most powerful approach to personal growth and healing. In a supportive group setting, you’ll explore emotions, relationships, and unconscious patterns that may be holding you back. Through shared experiences and meaningful connections, group members help each other uncover new insights, fostering deeper self-awareness and emotional resilience. This dynamic process allows you to better understand yourself, improve communication, and build healthier relationships. With the guidance of a skilled therapist, group therapy becomes a transformative space for healing, growth, and empowerment—helping you achieve lasting change and a more fulfilling life. Healing thrives in connection.

Some people feel uneasy when joining a group, but soon begin to develop feelings of trust and belonging. Most people find group therapy a relief because it allows them an opportunity to discuss intimate parts of their lives with others in a private, confidential setting.

I run my groups using a modern psychoanalytic approach combined with attachment and trauma-informed work to explore how to be in connection with others.

Current Groups

  • Tuesdays 6:00pm-7:15pm PT

    Actively accepting new members.

Gay, bisexual, and queer men face distinct challenges in connecting emotionally with other men. Struggling with societal expectations, it is easy to fall into isolation or unfulfilling relationships. Processing the “here and now” interpersonal dynamics in group therapy, men may find a safe space to redefine their own ways of relating, enabling them to form genuine connections in which they feel celebrated for who they are.

This is why I offer group therapy for gay, bisexual, pansexual, and queer-identified men who want to grow in their connection to themselves and others.
