Couples & Relationship therapy

Infidelity. Betrayal. Falling out of love or needing to rediscover the spark between you. Whichever way you’ve gotten here, reading this page can be tough. Being curious about how your relationship can improve may mean you are experiencing pain and distance from your partner. On the other hand, perhaps you are feeling suffocated by your partner’s behaviors, but do not know how to communicate that safely. I am here to say that you are taking an important, brave step even reading these words.

In relationship therapy we can feel pain and shame, and it can be an important vessel towards healing. We can understand more about ourselves and our partners, which leads to a more functional, communicative, and supportive connection.

Whether you feel your relationship has been in a rut for years or just recently started to feel stale, I can help. I work with people to identify strengths as well as what’s not working so we can confidently move forwards to get your needs met.

I specialize in working with couples of all walks of life, in an accepting, open environment. Specifically, I am LGBTQ+ and Poly/Open-friendly and kink-aware.
