Gay, Bisexual, and Queer Men’s Group

Tuesdays 4:30pm PT / 6:30pm CT via Zoom, 75 minutes

Gay, bisexual, and queer men face distinct challenges in connecting emotionally with other men. Struggling with societal expectations, it is easy to fall into isolation or unfulfilling relationships. Processing the “here and now” interpersonal dynamics in group therapy, men may find a safe space to redefine their own ways of relating, enabling them to form genuine connections in which they feel celebrated for who they are.

This is why I created this group for gay, bisexual, pansexual, and queer-identified men who want to grow in their connection to themselves and others.

Some people feel uneasy when joining a group, but soon begin to develop feelings of trust and belonging. Most people find group therapy a relief because it allows them an opportunity to discuss intimate parts of their lives with others in a private, confidential setting.

This group will operate using a modern analytic approach combined with attachment and trauma-informed work to explore how to be in connection with others.

Fee: $70/session.

At least one individual psychotherapy session is required to determine fit for the group. To schedule your consultation and individual psychotherapy session, click here!
